On the day after being sworn in, the Lord Mayor

the Royal Courts of Justice in the City of Westminster,
where the Lord Mayor swears his allegiance to the
Crown. This procession is known as the "Lord Mayor's Show"

COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS

As a narrative I think my series of images tells the story
of the mayors journey from the beginning of the parade
to the official swearing ceremony at the Royal courts
of justice. It also shows the many officials and tradesman
that make up this parade. It also shows the children and
the diversity of London's cultures.

I am not going to use this narrative as my final submission as
I am unhappy with the Technical quality of these images.

I do not feel that the images are sharp enough and as the light
was poor I had to increase the iso levels so the image quality
is very  grainy. I also used long telephoto lenses without a
tripod( too crowded to use) so I think the focal quality
has been compromised as I hand held the telephoto lens.

I used shutter speed priority as I wanted to use a faster
speed to "freeze" the action, but this meant that the apertures
was very wide hence the sharpness is poor.
